Welcome! My name is Diana Short and I am a licensed Transaction Coordinator serving the state of Oregon, but predominantly working in the Portland real estate market. I live in beautiful Bend, Oregon and have been working here remotely for most of my career. When I'm not working, I am spending time with my amazing family and participating in all the fun activities that Bend has to offer. 

When it comes to real estate....

Many people are unaware of the depths one's learning of real estate can go. Throughout my 10+ years of experience working for high volume teams in residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate, I was able to gain an immense amount of knowledge and in turn, became fascinated with how deep the real estate rabbit hole goes. In addition to all the basics of Transaction Coordination like tidy paperwork and assistance with the usual to-do's, I thoroughly enjoy researching unique property issues, asking questions, assisting with difficult language for addenda, and reviewing complicated preliminary title reports, to name a few. It is extremely important to me that I have a profound understanding of all paperwork and processes that a real estate agent has a duty to help their client through, so that I may support the agent in that very same way. I love helping with it all, no matter how simple or complex, and I look forward to helping you soon!
